PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 25 – Charg-
\ning that Nazi agents had been or-
\ndered to spend money and effort to
\naccomplish the defeat of President
\nRoosevelt next month, Henry A.
\nWallace asserted at a campaign
\nrally tonight that a Republican
\nvictory was a necessity for the
\nplans of Adolf Hitler and his fellow-
\ndictators.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
