{"id":654,"date":"2019-12-11T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-12-11T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bohls.org\/boat\/?p=654"},"modified":"2019-12-13T11:36:44","modified_gmt":"2019-12-13T16:36:44","slug":"mid-december-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bohls.org\/boat\/2019\/12\/11\/mid-december-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Mid-December Update"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gosh, it&#8217;s been a <em>month <\/em>without any progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three of the weekends away from boat building are because of our Thanksgiving vacation week in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilmingtonandbeaches.com\/about\/area-information\/about-wilmington\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Wilmington NC<\/a>. There was the weekend before, 11\/16 &amp; 11\/17, filled with preparations for the vacation. Then the vacation itself encompassed the weekends of 11\/23 &amp; 11\/24 and 11\/30 &amp; 12\/1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then last weekend, the weekend of 12\/7 &amp; 12\/8, Dawn and I ran in the <a href=\"https:\/\/pgrc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Prince George&#8217;s Running Club&#8217;s<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/runsignup.com\/Race\/Results\/39655\/#resultSetId-183774;perpage:5000\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Wright Stuff 8K (opens in a new tab)\">Wright Stuff 8K<\/a>. We did very well, by the way. And we also got our Christmas tree and decorated it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ve been busy. And, frankly, I&#8217;m not as motivated by the painting as I should be, alas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;m determined to do another coat of primer this weekend, although I&#8217;ve got choir concerts on Saturday and Sunday.
